General Policies
Shipping Services:
All orders are shipped via insured carriers. We offer reasonable flat rate shipping on jewelry to any Continental U.S. location. Giftware items are heavier, and therefor carry an additional shipping fee. Delivery times depend on your location. All orders ship from Connecticut, and shipping upgrades are available on request for an extra charge.
Gift Orders:
Complimentary gift wrapping is available for most items.
Shipping Address: We can only ship to the cardholder's billing address for security reasons. Please be sure the address you provide matches your credit card details.
